To place an order, simply visit our website and browse through our shop. Upon clicking our shop page, you'll be asked to answer our Google form. You will receive a confirmation message with details of your order and estimated delivery date. If you have any questions or encounter any issues while placing an order, our customer service team is available to assist you.
You may also opt to purchase through our Shopee or TikTok account - @pawflaskph.
We accept online payments through GCash, BPI transfer, and Maya. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a mode of payment. If you have any concerns or questions about our payment options, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
Our mode of delivery is through J&T Express and Gogo Express. Once you order, it will be processed immediately. However, it will not get delivered on the same day.
Shipping costs depend on the distance from our office in Taft, Manila. Orders ship out every Sunday.
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy that will allow customers to return damaged products, within 7 days of purchase, and receive a brand new one without any flaws. Kindly take note that we will only accept return and exchange requests if you are able to answer our forms.
